Sequencing of the samples has started and is progressing well!

More than 120 samples are now within the wise hands of the eDNA Frontiers group which is working in close collaboration with the GReG team to deliver the the best outcome possible through customised protocols.

 

Final sequences are expected by mid-May, with bioinformatic analyses to start soon after and in collaboration with the SubBioLab team at the University of Ljubljana.
